φ180mm DC Axial Fan

[ High Efficiency ] High strength impeller optimized by ternary flow CFD fluid simulation technology, reasonably designed flow runner combined with ultra-efficient motor create the high efficiency of the fan.

[ Low Noise ] The designer closely combines aerodynamics and sound source, and makes the blade angle and blade pattern fully adapt to the ternary flow field, which always ensures lower noise at the same air volume.

[ High Reliability ] Motors have F class insulation, and been tested for 3 months of 60℃ high temperature test and 40,000 hours of life test, which ensure worse-free quality.

[ Wide Application ] The products is used wherever outstanding performance is required, for example, heat pump, ventilation, cold chain, equipment cooling, IDC small cabinet, high voltage inverter cabinet, energy storage, rail transit and more.

[ Variety of Models ] Available in dimensions of : 180mm~305mm, this allows for air flow rates of up to 3150m3/h and static pressure of up to 500Pa.

Q1: What are the core differences between the DC180 axial fan, ordinary AC axial fans, and centrifugal fans?

A: Compared with AC fans, the DC180 DC model supports PWM speed control, low power consumption, fast start/stop response, and wide-temperature operation. Compared with centrifugal fans, the axial-flow structure features large air volume, low static pressure, and space-saving installation. It is suitable for direct exhaust heat dissipation in cabinets and equipment, but not for high-pressure air supply scenarios.


Q2: Does the fan have locked-rotor and overload protection? How is its operation stability?

A: Equipped with a standard DC brushless motor driver, the fan features built-in locked-rotor protection, overload protection, over-voltage and under-voltage protection to prevent motor burnout under abnormal conditions. With a ball bearing design, it has a long service life for continuous operation and is suitable for 7×24-hour uninterrupted working scenarios.


Q3: What is the operating temperature range of the DC180 axial fan?

A: The normal operating temperature range is -25℃ to +60℃, enabling wide-temperature operation.
