The DC280 high-temperature axial fan independently developed by EBST has completed scheme design and performance verification. All test indicators have met the expected targets, and the product is ready for mass production. The successful launch of this project marks another milestone in EBST’s technical strength in the field of special industrial fans.
The DC280 high-temperature axial fan is a dedicated fan product specially developed by EBST for high-temperature working conditions.Capable of long-term stable operation at an ambient temperature of 80°C, it is mainly applied to scenarios with stringent temperature resistance requirements, such as heat treatment equipment and data center heat dissipation.
By optimizing material selection and thermal management system design, the product breaks through the technical bottleneck of performance degradation of traditional fans in high-temperature environments. The whole unit can operate continuously and stably at an ambient temperature of 80°C, fully meeting the reliability requirements of high-temperature working conditions.
The overall protection grade of the fan reaches IP66, delivering excellent dustproof and waterproof performance. It can effectively resist dust intrusion and strong water jet impact, perfectly adapting to complex and harsh industrial site environments.
The product adopts shielded wires for lead wiring, which effectively suppresses the impact of electromagnetic interference on signal transmission, ensuring the control accuracy and operational stability of the fan in strong electromagnetic environments.
This R&D project has achieved two key technical improvements in the transmission structure:
The R&D team optimized the traditional key connection transmission scheme into a structure adopting wind wheel locking screws coupled with a drive disc for power transmission. The new design eliminates the risk of fan failure caused by keyway wear, and greatly improves the durability and reliability of the transmission system.
After the motor adopts the fastening solution of transmission disc and impeller screws, pilot production verification shows that the runout of the fan hub is significantly optimized, and the initial unbalance of the fan is greatly reduced. This optimization effectively lowers equipment vibration and noise levels, extends the service life of bearings, and improves the overall operating quality of the unit.
The successful development of the DC280 high-temperature axial fan marks another important achievement of EBST in adhering to technological innovation and deeply cultivating the field of special industrial fans.Guided by customer demands, the company will continue to launch fan products with higher performance and reliability, providing solid technical support for the upgrading of industrial equipment.
