Large general hospitals operate 24/7 all year round, with central air handling units running under continuous high load. ⅠBefore Renovation: Multiple Loss Pain Points of Conventional Belt-Driven Fans

The original old AC belt-driven fans have obvious drawbacks:

1. Severe mechanical friction loss from belts and bearings keeps the overall unit energy consumption at a high level.

2. The equipment generates excessive heat during operation. Large high-temperature areas can be observed via thermal imaging, adding extra heat dissipation load to the equipment room.

3. Transmission components are prone to aging and wear. Regular replacement of spare parts leads to continuously rising logistics maintenance costs.

4. Poor speed regulation performance fails to flexibly adjust air volume according to time-shifted demands of outpatient departments, wards and operating rooms, resulting in massive ineffective power consumption.
